  • We are a founding member of the American Association of International Healthcare Recruitment and adhere to the AAIHR Code, which promotes legal, ethical, socially responsible, and professional practices for international healthcare recruitment.
  • The Health Carousel Foundation is lighting the way towards a brighter future for nursing. The Foundation embodies Health Carousel’s steadfast commitment to the sustainability, development, and ethical recruitment of nurses within the U.S. and across the globe.
  • The Foundation is working to develop future generations of the nursing workforce and foster support and recognition of today’s caregivers. It also aims to elevate the skills of the nursing workforce in an increasingly complex patient care environment.
  • From scholarships to develop nurse educators and free nurse licensure exam training to obtaining ethical recruiter certification, we’re committed to making healthcare work better by having an adequate and well-trained nursing workforce.
  • In 2022, Health Carousel provided 5,700 hours of free nurse development training, sponsored 11 master’s of nursing education scholarships, and underwrote dozens of nursing recognition awards in partnership with the DAISY Foundation.
